Rent, T1 for 4 people furnished and equipped with television, refrigerator, hob, extractor, microwave, toaster and thermo accumulator. Kitchenette equipped with everything needed for cooking (dishes and utensils) and serving meals. Living room with 1 sofa bed, 2 single beds and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed. Situated on the 1st line of the sea, a few meters from the nightlife center, shopping area, restaurants and supermarkets. You do not need to use a car to go to the beach, just 2 minutes walk to the beach..
The apartment is not equipped with:
- Bed linen, bath and face towels.
( Available for 15 € per person, per exchange and stay. )
- Hair dryer, tablecloths and kitchen towels.
ENTRIES AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM.
Late check-in will incur the following additional costs:
- After 8:00 PM - 10€
- After 0:00 AM - 20€
The apartment is subject to inspection before and after the rental.
A security deposit of € 150 is required upon arrival.
Refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out.
PRICE PER WEEK WITH RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
From October 1 to May 31, rent for short periods with prices to be agreed.
