To rent, T1 + 1 for 5 people with kitchen and what is necessary for cooking (dishes and utensils) and serving meals. One bedroom has 2 single beds and another bedroom with 1 double bed. Located next to Praia da Rocha, on the outskirts of which it is possible to enjoy the beach, restaurants, bakeries and nightlife of the same Public parking next to the building, with elevator, close to transport and supermarket. In the center of the city you can also find the Continente Shopping Center, the Tennis Courts, the Portimão Cinema and the Youth Park
The apartment is not equipped with:
- Bed linen, bath and face towels.
( Available for 15 € per person, per exchange and stay. )
- Hair dryer, tablecloths and kitchen towels.
ENTRIES AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM.
Late check-in will incur the following additional costs:
- After 8:00 PM - 10€
- After 0:00 AM - 20€
The apartment is subject to inspection before and after the rental.
A security deposit of € 150 is required upon arrival.
Refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out.
PRICE PER WEEK WITH RENT FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.
From October 1 to May 31, rent for short periods with prices to be agreed.
