Kitchenette equipped with everything necessary for cooking (crockery and utensils) and serving meals. Free access to the building's swimming pool. Living room with sofa bed   bedroom with double bed. Located on the second line of the sea, with great views of the sea, just a few meters from the nightlife center, shopping area, restaurants and supermarkets. There is no need to use a vehicle to go to the beach, just a 2-minute walk to Praia da Rocha
The apartment is not equipped with:
- Bed linen, bath and face towels.
Available for 15 € per person, per exchange and stay. )
- Hair dryer, tablecloths and kitchen towels.
ENTRIES AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM.
Late check-in will incur the following additional costs:
- After 8:00 PM - 10€
- After 0:00 AM - 20€
The apartment is subject to inspection before and after the rental.
A security deposit of € 150 is required upon arrival.
Refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out.
PRICE PER WEEK WITH RENT FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
From October 1 to May 31, rent for short periods with prices to be agreed.
