Apartment T2 +1 for 6 people with sea view, fully furnished and equipped with TV, refrigerator, ceramic hob, extractor, washing machine, microwave, toaster and thermo accumulator. 3 bedrooms with cushions, 2 bathrooms and kitchen equipped with the necessary to cook (crockery and utensils) and serve meals. 2 balconies, pool and closed parking.
The apartment is not equipped with:
- Bed linen, bath and face towels.
( Available for 15 € per person, per exchange and stay. )
- Hair dryer, tablecloths and kitchen towels.
ENTRIES AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM.
Late check-in will incur the following additional costs:
- After 8:00 PM - 10€
- After 0:00 AM - 20€
The apartment is subject to inspection before and after the rental.
A security deposit of € 150 is required upon arrival.
Refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out.
PRICE PER WEEK WITH RENT FROM SUNDAY TO SUNDAY.
From October 1 to May 31, rent for short periods with prices to be agreed.
