Rent, T2 for 6 people furnished and equipped with television, refrigerator, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave, toaster and thermo accumulator and washing machine. Kitchen equipped with the necessary for cooking (crockery and utensils) and serving meals. Living room with sofa bed, two single beds, one bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and three balconies. Situated on the 1st line of the sea, with a great view to the sea, a few meters from the center of Nightlife, shopping area, restaurants and supermarkets. You do not need to use a car to go to the beach, just 2 minutes walk to the beach..
The apartment is not equipped with:
- Bed linen, bath and face towels.
( Available for 15 € per person, per exchange and stay. )
- Hair dryer, tablecloths and kitchen towels.
ENTRIES AND DEPARTURES:
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and check-out until 10:00 AM.
Late check-in will incur the following additional costs:
- After 8:00 PM - 10€
- After 0:00 AM - 20€
The apartment is subject to inspection before and after the rental.
A security deposit of € 150 is required upon arrival.
Refund must be made up to 7 days after check-out.
PRICE PER WEEK WITH RENTAL FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY..
From October 1 to May 31, rent for short periods with prices to be agreed.
